Contents of Motichoor Ladoo2 cup gram flour
1 teaspoon green cardamon
1/2 teaspoon edible food colour
1/2 litre milk
3 cup ghee

Sooji Halwa Recipe
Sooji halwa is an easy and quick sweet with only a few ingredients.its very delicious dish.
1/4 cup ghee
1 cup water
1/2 cup sugar
1 pinch of salt
1 teaspoon almonds,cashews

Method
- First boil the water and then add suger and pinch of salt.
- Then melt the ghee in pan on low heat and add sooji and roast it to golden brown colour.it will take 5 to 8 minutes.
- Add the syrup to sooji and turn down the heat to medium low and let it cook for 3-4 minutes.
- Garnish with almonds and cashews.
Rava Burfi Recipe
Rava burfi is a famous indian sweet that can be made in festivals.
Rave burfi is made with Rava(Sooji), flour,ghee, coconut,Cashew,cardamom powder,sugar and milk.

Ingredients of Rava Coconut Burfi
250 gram Rava
600 gram Sugar
1/2 medium grated Coconut
250 gram ghee
1 teaspoon green cardamom powder
2 tablespoon crushed cashews
1/4 cup water

Method
- Heat ghee in a pan over medium flame.
- Fry the rava till golden brown.
- Mix sugar with water and bring to a boil.
- Boil till the mixture reaches a one string consistency.
- Add rava,coconut and cashews.
- Stir well,adding a little ghee from time to time,till thick.
- Pour in to plate.
Wheat (Atta) Ladoo
Wheat flour laddu (atta ladoo) is an easy and simple sweet recipe with wheat flour, ghee, and cardamom.Atta ladoos are rich and sweet dessert which can be prepared for any special occasion or festival.These ladoos are very easy and wuick to make and are perfect sweet for any special occasion.
Method
- Heat ghee in a pan with low flame.When ghee melt then pour wheat flour into it.
- Mix it well and roast till golden brown.
- After a while, wheat flour will turn fragant and golden brown in colour.
- Transfer the roasted wheat flour on a plate, add chopped cashews and green cardamom powder into it. stir to mix everything really well and to cool down the flour quickly.
- Add sugar into it and mix well.
- To make ladoo, take small portion of the mixture and roll it out with hands.press the mixture with both hands. keep the size as desired.
